October Stamp of the Month Blog Hop

Hi, and welcome to the October stamp of the month blog hop. I'm sure you will be happy that you have joined us this month. Whether you have come from Sarita's blog or are just starting here, you are in for a treat. This month we are featuring "Share the Magic" a set of 12 stamps. The card I made is a 7 x 5 format. Patterned paper is from the  "Jingles" pack. This is one of those cards where I wish you could see and touch it. There is a lot of texture on it. Santa has a flocked beard, hair and even eyebrows.  I used liquid glass on his shoes and belt; and liquid applique on the trim of his suit. Of course, it wouldn't be magical without the addition of lots of glitter; both inside and out.

September Stamp of the Month Blog Hop

I have to admit, I struggled with this stamp set and I'm not really sure why.  Maybe I just can't wrap my head around the idea that fall is around the corner.  Oh well, it's coming ready or not and so is my crazy card.  Beware it might be scary!!!  LOL!

  
 

 

 
The card is a 6 x 6 format. Patterned paper is from the new "Hooligans" pack. The black cardstock was stamped with versamark and then heat embossed with clear embossing powder mixed with prisma glitter. I stamped trick or treat on the ribbon and added the new Licorice opaques gems. The sentiment and the skull were heat embossed with black EP.  Then I sponged the colors around it.

August Stamp of the Month Blog Hop

Welcome to our Stamp of the Month Blog Hop! We will be featuring August's SOTM, which is "Something Splendid", a set of 13 stamps.

This month we have over 60 Close To My Heart Consultants sharing their creations using this month's SOTM and other great CTMH products on their blogs. This is simple to do - just click on the link at the end of the post on each blog to move to the next one! Here we go!

This card was made using a clear scalloped circle card as the base.  The front image was stamped using white acrylic paint. The insert, which is like a card within the card; was stamped in Watermelon and Sunny Yellow has the sentiment stamped in it. The bow was attached to the front with a glue dot.

July's Stamp of the Month Blog Hop

Hi, and welcome to the July stamp of the month blog hop.  I'm so happy you have joined us  this month. Whether you have come from Krista's blog or are just starting here, you are in for a journey filled with inspiration. We are featuring "Happy Forever" a set of 9 stamps. The card I made this month features B&T paper from the "Splendor" paper pack, and goldrush cardstock.  The balloon portion of the image was pop-dotted to give it the appearance of lifting off the card. Although it doesn't show in the photo, they were also covered with liquid glass; giving them a realistic look. The sentiment was stamped on a chipboard bookplate which was inked with heavenly blue to match the paper.
