The card I made this month features B&T paper from the "Splendor" paper pack, and goldrush cardstock. The balloon portion of the image was pop-dotted to give it the appearance of lifting off the card. Although it doesn't show in the photo, they were also covered with liquid glass; giving them a realistic look. The sentiment was stamped on a chipboard bookplate which was inked with heavenly blue to match the paper.
