November's Stamp of the Month Blog Hop

Welcome to November's Stamp of the Month blog hop! This month we are showcasing "Illuminate" a set of  15 stamps. If you are coming from Nancy's blog, you are on the right track. It's okay if you are starting here; just be sure to complete the circle so you don't miss any of the wonderful projects my fellow consultants have created.

What a cute set this is! It would be great for cards or scrapbook pages. I'm even thinking invitations to a summer dinner party. Today I chose to make a card. The B&T paper is from the "Lola" paper pack. I carried the design to the inside of the card by creating a cut out in the light.

Poster Tidings - September's Stamp of the Month

Welcome to September's Stamp of the Month blog hop! This month we are showcasing "Poster Tidings" a set of  2 stamps. If you are coming from Vicki's blog, you are on the right track. It's okay if you are starting here; just be sure to complete the circle so you don't miss any of the wonderful projects my fellow consultants have created.

What a great stamp set this is for the upcoming holiday season. Use them whole or stamp and cut the image apart; either way, I am sure you will use this set over and over.
I chose to use the whole image, but then created my sentiment by highlighting some of the text with embossing powder. The B&T paper is from the "Huntington" paper pack.
I thought this would make a great card to send to someone who has been a blessing in your life, or as a thank you for sharing a Thanksgiving meal.

August Stamp of the Month Blog Hop

Welcome to August's Stamp of the Month blog hop! This month we are showcasing "A Chocolate Affair" a set of  16 stamps. If you are coming from Beth's blog, you are on the right track. It's okay if you are starting here; just be sure to complete the circle so you don't miss any of the wonderful projects my fellow consultants have created.

My granddaughter found a box of brownie mix and decided she would make them for Grandpa. What a perfect chance to use these stamps!
I did a layout using the stamps to make my own B&T paper by random stamping. I also used a little liquid applique to create the "frosting" on the brownies. The title was done using the Color Ready Canvas Alphabet.
